I have no idea what sort of feedback I could give to help you out.
The only thing I could say is that the Flash animation looks too... Good?

I think this could benefit from being a raw video mashup with live footage of Adobe programs crashing and stuff (if that is even possible)

That way you can really fuck shit up with video glitching and the regular insanity that youtube poop fans know and love

I see what you are trying to do, and I feel that you have succeeded.. Though much work is left to be done

The last thing I'd want to do is discourage you; cause truth be told, the world can never have too many people producing stuff like this in order to say what they want to say

I feel that all my gripes I have with your techniques and whatnot aren't worth saying, cause these problems will disappear as you continue to refine your art and ideas

So my final message is to just keep going, cause you can only get better!

Great movie man!

I think if any improvements could be made, maybe shorten the narrative text around the German-thing? Its like I was looking for a 'skip cutscene' button to get back to the point and action of the movie. And I was a little confused by the story, but that's ok cause its Madness.

I actually liked this.
I'd like to see more from you- perhaps a 'spatula: the movie' movie.
The vocoded-dog-song was cool too.

One thing I could suggest to make recording your voice better-

Make a hoop with a coathanger and put it inside a stocking so you have a sorta stocking-coathanger ring (i dont know how else to explain this- sorry).
Whenever you record your voice, put it between your mouth (about 10cm away) and the mic to stop the plosive and breath related inperfections.

You've just traced a Johnny comic, slighty animated it, put freaking Invader Zim music to it THEN threw your poorly-recorded voice over the top of it.

It would be better if you drew the graphics from scratch, bought a decent mic and made up a tribute story of your own.

But that would probably require work. Damn.

Oh..yeah, anyway the reason that most of the people may dislike the voice it was because a guy who doesnt even knew JTHM recorded it, anyway this was my second flash ever so thats why the bad quality of drawing, animations, sound

I nearly threw up.

What can I say?
That was THE worst thing I've ever seen done with Tarantino's stuff.

Besides the art being very poorly done, the animation was also pretty below average.
I can see how you have tried stucturing this to summarise parts of the movie, but you have failed on so many levels. You have failed us all.
I bet a ton of people got exited when they saw this movie's title, I know I did.

But this was such a dissapointment that I suggest you simply stop releasing flash movies until you get good at making them.
