The Purpose of the Annual Convention For Pissed Off Gang Leaders is simple:

Create a Pissed Off Gang Leader and have them attend the annual convention!

Standard Animator Mission: Make a one-sided take of a character fighting and we will pair it up against other characters to create a long royal rumble with various participants.

• 5-10 Seconds Per Animator~ (100-250frames @ 24fps)
• Show your OC entering the event, looking around, flexing some weapons then attacking and being killed/knocked out
• Don't think too hard just make it quick and fun = get it done
• Be creative, they could knock over a table or prop, or swing around from the ceiling on a light fixture.

• What is your OC's name and what gang are they leading?

Optional Challenge for more advanced animators:

• You can have some henchmen, a crew, a couple extra guy's, right hand man, etc. Coordinated attacks, but same rules as above.
• We might do some stuff with Cops breaking up the show at the end, do you want to animate some SWAT team type action?

Easy task for beginners:

• Make some basic grunts who are attending the event, Just hanging out, drinking, smoking, playing cards
• idle animation about 100 frames (5 second loop)

We have some sprites and props available to get started

ARTISTS:

You can get to work making any extra sprites or props, we shouldn't need too many backgrounds since its going to be set mostly in one room

Send us your contribution .FLA format and the directors will match up your clips into one ongoing fight sequence

Deadline is by next Madness Day 2027, but get in early!
