Great

I don't really like any of the Industrial work on NG, but you are an exception...
This is really good, the development didn't wear thin, but got stronger as it went.

The only thing I would suggest is a dominant melody. The song builds up, but doesn't really break into anything. There is definately something cool going on with your bassline and supporting instruments, but they need a final element to complete the mix.
Otherwise, drumwork and such was fantastic.

Keep up the great work :)

Sephora responds:

Yeah the main melody is probably hard to recognize, there is one slightly. I focused on the beats (mostly), speed, and overall build-up...etc.
Thanks for the review! :)

Great shit dude, you've gotten way better :P

BuryYourFace responds:

thnx dude. long time no talk dude!!! how are u man?

Good stuff

I regret not listning to your tracks earlier :P

lol, you dont need my reviews anyway- you have heaps. I dont think I'll ever know what makes people review stuff. The audio portal is a frustrating and unrewarding place.

I feel so stupid, I uploaded a track to the wrong account :P

Anyway, if you ever feel like doing a collab- feel free to drop me a line.
I'll be looking forward to more of your work, you maverick renegade.

Stealth-Emergence responds:

No probs Sto0g3

I know you didn't have to review,

Unrewarding eh? well we all submit our music and if people happen to like what we all do, then that's a plus in my book

Frustrating? erm I suppose, I don't let it get to me, I just do my thing

I review stuff, because I believe there are people on here that need small amounts of advice to progress, some don't any advice, I need it from time to time so I can keep improving

Collab eh? sure thing I'm always looking to push myself by working with others I find this helps

Thanks for droppig by Sto0g3

Peace Out man!

Stealth

maverick renegade? lol XD thanks!

Nice

The song sounds great as it is, but if you want to improve, the only real direction I could suggest is adding synth sounds to support what you have going.

Keep it up, I'll be looking for your stuff in the future.

Stealth-Emergence responds:

Thanks for the great review, I'm always aiming to improve, and I got some new tune on the go at the moment, I will at some point re-do the tunes that have already been uploaded, based on reviews made so far! Thanks again and Peace Out! Stealth

Great

God, guit fx were good and I love your drums.

Its a shame when people only see Vesano's vox as "BLAAAAAH UGGGRHHHDHASHdAS"
But yes, this had a sorta Nile feel to it.

Actually the drums reminded me of Burzum :P

lolswords responds:

thanks alot, hahaha i don't give a shit what people say about nile,i love em <3

\m/ churr as review man

Nice.

I really like your stuff man. I check your page regularly for new stuff...

This sounds sorta like Pantera if you listen to them at all :P (If not- you should XD)

Guitar sounds great as usual and the solos were good too.

Consider vocals perhaps? Surely you could find another local musician who could do them well.
Though I would be just as happy to hear the music.

Keep it up.

rocker206 responds:

Hey thanks for the review! I actually got the idea for the song from listening to Pantera lol. And yes someday I'll have vocals in my songs lol. I dont know if I'll find a local vocalist to do it but who knows.

Good

Ah, it's done :)

What you have here is good But there is no real clear structure to this song. It's all just ride, and never really gets to where it's heading.

There is a small part at the end which shows a bit of variation, but you need to have some kind of hook or "chorus" instead of a repeated riff sorta thing.

Keep in mind that a bit of dynamics (stops and starts, soft and loud parts) can make any good song a great song.
I am also curious as to how this would sound with vox?

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Thanks again, man. There is a structure...somewhat... I worked it Verse, prechorus, chorus...no bridge or nothing though. Thanks again for the cool review!!\m/

Man!

Did you really make this?
It's seems so incredibly accurate...

Awesome work! This brought back great memories!
I will look forward to more stuff from you :P

Titan-Warlord responds:

yeah soul reaver was a great game is my insperation for neally everything i make

Ok..

Not bad. Though I still dont see the point in 'previews' other than digging for praise from the easily impressed.

I like how the kick sounds in this, but the song never got to the point where it could really do any serious work.
Your snare is a bit over-sibilant and your hi-hats and ride and stuff were barely audiable.

That reversed splash the song starts with clipped my headphones at half volume. They aren't that shit either-
consider a limiter?

Guitar was pretty good, however simple.

I'd like to see this done, though it isn't too spectacular.

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Thanks man, the reason for previews, is exactly for this kind of review. This way I can find what works and doesnt work. I would like to tweak the sounds before finishing a song. Its not as you say "Digging for praise by the easily impressed." Its for the feedback on things to change for the final version. So I appreciate this review. And thanks for the advice. I'll definitely consider the limiter, because I agree. The reason fof the simplicity, is... I find that if I listen too hard for the complexities, I'm not actually hearing the song. I don't want to "work" to actually hear a song. But thanks for the review, it was just the thing I am looking for. Rock on!

Wow :|

Do you see that emoticon?
:|
Yes- that one.
That's what I looked like when I heard this.
The other day I downloaded the Doom MIDIs and imported them into Reason, thinking of doing a remix. After looking at what other people did, I thought I had no challenge at all to make something better than them-
Then I downloaded this, thinking it'd be just another shitty take off. I was wrong!
I like how you added your own element, but still kept a bit of recognizable Doom spirit going!
Drums had that wonderful inhuman prescision that you can only get from a sequencer :P People might not like it- but I love it.

Guitars reminded me a bit of Iron Maiden, too ;o)

Hopefully I'll have a nice industrial remix out one day.
Though, I salute you all the same!

rocker206 responds:

Well I'm glad to see that you liked this song. This is indeed different from the original but I made sure to keep it somewhat recognizable. So thanks for your review and I'll be sure to check out one of your tunes soon.
