I don't think you should be submitting the same movie twice. If it is blammed the first time, or doesn't go so well- thats because it ISN'T good and people DON'T like it.
Fbf shit like this has been done alot. It doesn't matter how good you do it, it's still been done. However this wasn't too badly done, so good job on actuall anim.
It was a bit too short though and kinda looks like crap if you compare it to what other people are doing in fbf. Also, I was moderately impressed by the actionscript scrollbar you made and used in this movie. And haven't I heard this music before on other movies?
And on a completely unrelated note:
Your name 'X Static' wouldn't have anything to do with my favourite band 'Static-X' would it?
